The Little Post Office

A special children's workshop and museum on the Postal Service.

The mail is on its' way!
This summer the postmaster in the post
office at the Skansen open-air museum in
Stockholm will need help delivering letters.
A job for a young farmhand or maid. Help us with the important letter. All children may borrow a postbag as well as a post horn or birch-bark horn and can then go to the surrounding farm houses to deliver mail.

Diploma and a free ticket to the Postmuseum.

Open daily 1/6-31/8, 11.00–17.00.

In July the Library is closed and due to our building of our new exhibition our stamp collections are also closed.

The Treasure chamber opens December 12 th 2013.
